Dandelion
Blossom Jelly
1 gallon dandelion blossoms
(wash well)
Cook in water, covering blossoms. Cool and squeeze out juice.
Mix:
4 cups juice from dandelion blossoms
1 box Sure-Jell
4 tbsp lemon juice
Cool mixture about 1 minute
Add:
5 cups sugar
Heat while stirring in sugar and boil 1-2 minutes.
(You can add a couple drops of yellow food coloring if you want a darker
yellow color)
Put into jars and seal.
